Number two suggestion :make an appointment Very Soon with some reputable Mental Health Clinic that spcializes in problems that you are facing at this time in your life. Bravo. Help yourself....go to an accredited community college or trade school....unless your criminal record is for defaulting on student loans or homicide, you should be able to get a grant. When you're at the bottom, the only way you can go is up. If you have a record, go back to your P.O. and tell him/her that you want to volunteer to repair some of the damage that was done. They are very sensitive to this.. not only that but they all ready know where you probably can or can not volunteer at. There is also the local employment office they can help you with finding some training that could help you and counsel you.
