Body image changing people?

im in the midst of writing a cause and effect paper about image. like how changing image can result in a life change for the worst. i talk about how the media and peer pressure play a big role. and how eating disorders can come from it. the changes in peoples physical, behavioral, and emotional conditions. self esteem and self hatred.



and i cant for the life of me figure out a good thesis. i am completely stuck. i could use a little help with it please? just something to get me going. it would be greatly appreciated.Body image changing people?
My teacher usually suggests that if you're stuck, you could sort of write on what you have and then draw out a thesis from that. But if you didn't want to go that route, perhaps something like, %26quot;The bombardment of advertisements of the 'perfect human being' can be just enough to cause negative, even irreversible side effects in all aspects of one's life.%26quot;
